At HOTELMARIA in Gramatneusiedl, we offer bridal couples the opportunity to reserve room allotments for their wedding party.
This allows family and friends to arrive in a relaxed manner, celebrate together, and return to their accommodation after the wedding without long journeys.
With 24 rooms in HOTELMARIA as well as an additional 6 studio apartments and double rooms in the geislerAPPARTEMENTS, we can flexibly accommodate wedding parties – from small groups to larger celebrations.
We will personally support you in the organization and adapt individually to your wedding and your guests.

Accommodation for your wedding party
At HOTELMARIA in Gramatneusiedl, the bride and groom and their wedding guests will find suitable accommodation for every need.
Our rooms range from single and double rooms to triple, quadruple and family rooms. This allows us to accommodate guests flexibly – whether alone, as a couple or together with family and friends.
Special room categories are also available for the bride and groom, best men or close family members:

- the spacious Garden Studio|Apartment with terrace
- The stylish Geisler apartments offer plenty of privacy
In total, the HOTELMARIA and the geislerAPPARTEMENTS can comfortably accommodate up to approximately 80 wedding guests.
This way, the wedding party stays in one place – with short distances, a relaxed atmosphere and enough space for all guests.
Easily reserve room allotments
To ensure your wedding guests can enjoy a relaxing overnight stay, we can reserve a block of rooms for your wedding party at HOTELMARIA upon request.
At the beginning, the bride and groom estimate approximately how many guests plan to stay overnight. Depending on their needs, we either reserve the entire hotel or a specific number of rooms – for example, 10 to 15 rooms for your guests.
There are two options available for making a reservation:
Group reservation by the bride and groom
The bride and groom can reserve all the rooms together for the wedding party.
For this purpose, a room list with the first and last names of the guests is created, which is usually sent to us about two months before the wedding.
The advantage for the bride and groom: With this option, every 21st guest receives a free overnight stay.
Example: If there are 42 overnight guests, the bride and groom can spend their wedding night free of charge at HOTELMARIA.
Individual reservation by the wedding guests
Alternatively, wedding guests can reserve their rooms independently.
In this case, the guests send a reservation request by email with their full name and address, as well as a note that they belong to the respective wedding party.
Since each reservation is recorded individually, free accommodation for the bridal couple is not possible with this option.
Overview and coordination before the wedding
About two months before the wedding, we create an overview of all reserved rooms and coordinate this with the bride and groom.
This allows us to check whether all guests arriving from further afield have already booked accommodation or whether rooms are still needed.
If necessary, guests can be reminded in good time to ensure the planning is complete.
Reservation option & cancellation
The reserved rooms remain on option until approximately two months before the wedding and are removed from the public online booking system during this time. This ensures they are exclusively available to your wedding party.
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made later, the full price of the respective room will be charged.

Our studios and geislerAPPARTEMENTS offer the ideal setting for getting ready on your wedding day. Spacious rooms, plenty of natural light, and a tranquil atmosphere provide ample space for styling, preparation, and personal moments before the ceremony.
The rooms, apartments and outdoor areas around the hotel also offer an atmospheric backdrop for initial photo shoots before the wedding.
While the bride and groom are getting ready, many guests meet at the hotel, enjoy a coffee or a glass of sparkling wine, and get in the mood for the hours to come.
This way, the wedding day begins in a relaxed manner – with time for anticipation, shared moments and a calm start to a special day.
Together to the wedding – relaxed return to the hotel
Several options are available for the journey from HOTELMARIA in Gramatneusiedl to the wedding location.
Many couples arrange for minibuses or a coach to transport the wedding party to the reception. The shared departure often creates a special atmosphere and sets the tone for the hours to come.
Alternatively, guests can also travel individually by their own car.
After the celebration, the bride and groom and their guests can return to the hotel just as easily.
In the region, taxi companies with minibuses are available to safely transport wedding guests from the wedding location back to HOTELMARIA even late at night.

Breakfast together the morning after
The wedding party meets again in a relaxed atmosphere at the HOTELMARIA in Gramatneusiedl on the morning after the wedding.
During breakfast together, the bride and groom, family and friends reminisce about the most beautiful moments of the celebration and consciously spend time together before slowly going their separate ways.
Our breakfast offers a diverse selection:
- various types of sausage and cheese
- fresh pastries and regional products
- Muesli, yogurt and fresh fruit
- gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan options
- freshly prepared egg dishes
- Coffee, tea, and, upon request, sparkling wine or salmon are available for an extra charge.
Breakfast is served in the cozy breakfast room. Our terrace also invites you to relax and end the morning with coffee and conversation.
