Datenschutzerklärung

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact us

When you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Web analytics

Our website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of website usage by users. The information generated is transmitted to and stored on the provider's server.

You can prevent this by configuring your browser to not save cookies.

We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This allows only a rough localization.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on commissioned data processing. The transfer of data to the data processor is based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission (Privacy Shield self-certification). The data is regularly deleted (currently every 26 months).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG as well as Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our legitimate interest, as defined by the GDPR, is to improve our services and website. Because the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and transfer your personal data stored by us, as well as the right to withdraw your consent and object to processing. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with us or the data protection authority.
